Free: Generated tracks are for personal, non-commercial use.

BlaqueSoul Membership: Commercial use included for outputs generated while your membership is active — including distribution to Spotify, Apple Music and the rest. Every studio tool is unlocked: vocal & instrumental separation, full stem splitting, MIDI export, WAV export, voice cloning and mashups.

License Grant (Members)

When you generate audio while your BlaqueSoul Membership is active and paid, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, and monetize the generated audio output for commercial purposes.

Note: We do not guarantee exclusivity. Outputs are generated using AI and might be similar to others.

Common Questions

  • Do I own the songs? You own your inputs (prompts). For the output, members get a commercial license.
  • What if I cancel? You keep the commercial rights for songs generated during your membership. New generations revert to personal use.
  • Do unused credits expire? No — credits roll over while your membership is active.
  • Are refunds available? If a generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet.
